Students conducted a series of exercises to generate boundaries and enclosures. They had to modify the original volume and reflect on the changing material tectonic while maintaining the initial form’s essence. They finally had to investigate possible functions for their new architecture and eventual adaptations.
Students developed models in paper, cardboard, and wood and hybridized them with all kinds of materials (e.g., fabric, plastic, metal threads, foam).
